I. Introduction
At the same time, people's pace of life and work has been accelerating. Obesity has become a very serious social problem. The study points out that at present, the proportion of overweight population has accounted for about one third of the world. In China, there are 300 million overweight people and 46 million obese adults. China has become the second largest obese country after the United States. Overweight and obesity are important factors that cause hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases. Therefore, controlling the obesity rate and starting from the front-end prevention work is an important way to control the incidence rate of chronic diseases. In terms of daily diet, low carbohydrate and high-fat foods are increasingly favored by the public. At the same time, due to the development of science and technology, high-intensity physical labor is gradually replaced by machinery, and people's physical activity is generally reduced, which makes the proportion of obese people rise rapidly in China and has developed into an epidemic "disease". However, with the acceleration of people's pace of life and work, a series of bad habits such as lack of exercise, lack of sleep, irregular diet and unreasonable dietary structure gradually affect people's health status. The incidence rate of a series of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia has risen sharply, and people's health status is not optimistic. However, with the advancement of technology, the value of BMI today is only suitable as a reference value. In order to truly quantitatively determine whether the human body is obese, it is necessary to determine the body fat status of the human body. Body fat rate directly reflects body fat content and is an ideal indicator for evaluating obesity. Based on the body fat rate, the sensitivity of BMI to evaluate obesity is very low. Nearly 50% of potentially obese patients have a BMI in the normal range, and their body fat rate is already in the obese category [1]. Because some people are heavier, but their bone content or muscle content is high, and their fat content is low, these people do not belong to the category of obese or even overweight people. Taking body fat rate as an indicator to evaluate obesity can effectively detect real obesity and thus effectively prevent obesity. Body fat ratio (BFR) refers to the percentage of body fat in body weight. The measurement of body fat content ratio is a measurement method that can more scientifically reflect the degree of body fat and thinness than the traditional simple measurement of body weight [2]. At present, the instruments on the market that can accurately measure body fat rate are relatively expensive and complicated to operate. They are suitable for use in hospitals or communities, but not for home users. In addition, this type of instrument only completes a single measurement, lacks a data platform, cannot achieve long-term, continuous health monitoring, and has certain limitations in obesity prevention. In clinical medicine, the detection instruments and methods of body fat percentage are mainly dual energy X-ray absorption method, underwater weighing method and bioelectrical impedance method. With the continuous emergence of smart medical wearables and smart medical home-related products at home and abroad, from an industry perspective, the medical industry is gradually setting off a family-oriented "revolution". This paper designs an intelligent monitoring algorithm for body fat and weight based on deep learning, which helps people to understand their own fat content conveniently and scientifically at any time, so that they can arrange meals more reasonably, adjust their living habits, and move towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.
