I. Introduction
The COVID-19 pandemic, which started on March 11, 2020, has significantly impacted people's mental health [1]. According to a scientific report released by World Health Organization (WHO), the number of people that have depression and anxiety increased by twenty-five percent worldwide in the first year of the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which was mainly due to social isolation followed by loneliness, grief, fear of infection, and financial worries [2].
