I. Introduction
Nowadays, with the successive development of mobile communication technology, the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) has been received extensive attention worldwide since its potential value in promoting the development of intelligent transportation and smart cities [1]. Meanwhile, the rapid development of IoV has promoted the rise of many vehicle applications. Through the on-board unit (OBU) mounted on the vehicle, it can provide a variety of multimedia content applications with security assurance, traffic management and entertainment life, including road traffic warning, toll information feedback, path planning, and entertainment supply (such as online videos, social networks, and etc.) [2], [3], [4].
