I. Introduction
Multiple Classifier Systems (MCS) are a good solution for the complex and vast amounts of data that we face today [1], [2]. Different types of MCS have been introduced, but many researchers concluded that Dynamic Selection (DS) could be a better choice for the combination of classifiers [1], [3]. In DS approaches, each given query sample is labeled by an ensemble of base classifiers which are usually selected with regards to their local competence.
