I. Introduction
In marine activities such as marine environmental observation, resource development, and military operations, underwater mobile platforms represented by underwater robots and underwater vehicles play a key role. At present, the communication between underwater mobile platforms and between underwater mobile platforms and shore bases is mainly guaranteed by wireless methods such as underwater acoustics, lasers, and long waves. These methods are difficult to take into account in terms of communication capacity, communication distance, and communication confidentiality. With the advancement of submarine optical cable communication technology, the construction of underwater information networks [1], [2] based on submarine optical cable has been vigorously developed, which provides a new idea for the expansion of the communication mode of underwater mobile platforms. The underwater mobile platforms can wirelessly access the nodes of the cabled underwater information network, so as to realize more flexible, larger capacity and longer distance communication with each other or with the shore base. At this time, the confidentiality and security of communication can be solved by quantum key distribution (QKD) [3] technology with unconditional security.
