I. Introductions
Since our country's reform and opening up, our country's total electricity consumption has continued to grow. At the same time, the quality and safety of power supplies have gradually become one of the most widely concerned topics [1]–[2]. In this context, the State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid Corporation have jointly conducted research and practice of various technologies, which can improve the level of energy transmission technology [3]–[4]. As we all know, the focus of power system infrastructure construction is on the repair and maintenance of transmission lines. Although there are many types of power lines in our country, considering their cost and structural requirements, overhead cables are still the most commonly used in our country, followed by cables [5]–[6]. However, because the overhead wires are exposed to a large amount of air, they are extremely susceptible to the influence of external environmental factors from different parts of each part, which directly affects the stability of the power system operation [7]–[8].
