I. Introduction

Employees in the enterprise are the first driving force for technological innovation and business development. However, in the current multicultural environment, every employee has their own thinking modes which vary from person to person. These different thinking modes and values will collide and rub in their work. Employees may talk about some problems they find at work in private, which may be potential and conducive to organization development [1]–[3]. Based on the work experience, existing knowledge, and ability of employees in the organization, they may bring out their own problems and provide the solutions for their departments. Also, employees may give their opinions in private, in order to improve the performance of the organization. In fact, when the leaders make efforts to collect opinions from the employees at the weekly meeting, most employees are silent [4]. The employees don't advise the leaders and don't put forward the problems in their work. The employees keep silent, but the leaders do not know it. The potential problems are not found, and the managers are kept in the dark. The problems existed all the time, and no one put forward it. Therefore, the problems that endanger the organization are not solved, which will slowly erode the organization and make the organization corrupt.
