I. Introduction
Images are always degenerated by noise during its acquisition and transmission due to many reasons. In the simplest case, the additive noise model can be written as \begin{equation*} f = u+n. \tag{1}\end{equation*}
where , , are the observed, clean and noise data, respectively. The task of image denoising is an inverse problem which needs to restore the latent clean image from the observed data .
