Abstract:

Through the understanding and analysis of the Internet of things technology, we will explore the application of the Internet of Things in martial arts training. It is planned to use a wireless sensor network based on zigeBk to construct an Internet of Things system for timely monitoring and monitoring of sports training, and send scientific data to the experiment. Use the Internet of things to build an intelligent training environment to better handle competitive training and competitions. Through the monitoring of the training environment and physiological state of athletes, it provides scientific data sources for researchers and coaches. At the same time, it can also Provide support for the amount and intensity of sports training, and increase the effectiveness of Chinese martial arts athletes by 7.8%.

I. Introduction

“Internet +” was first proposed by Yu Yang. He mentioned that in the future, formulas such as “Internet +” should be the current products and services of our industry, and will be in line with the multi-screen full network we will see in the future.
