I. Introduction
Crime is a worldwide phenomenon, extending from the farthest corners of the industrialized city to the suburbs of the big cities, from the rich or well-to-do families to the poorest ones, being a problem that occurs in all social strata and in any corner of our civilization. It is like a plague that has spread everywhere, robberies, drug trafficking, acts of terrorism, rapes, murders, street violence and citizen intimidation are all part of this social problem [1].
