I. Introduction
Fiber-optic distributed acoustic sensor (DAS) based on the principle of phase-sensitive optical time-domain reflectometry (Φ-OTDR) [1], [2], which utilizes the existing communication cable as its sensing media, plays an important role in urban infrastructure monitoring [3], [4] and natural disaster prediction [5] and so on. It has become a hot spot in the field of optical fiber sensors in recent years, and many researchers are devoted into improvement of its hardware performance, including its sensitivity [6], detection range [7] and frequency response band [8]. Thanks to the research in this area, many well-known companies such as Optasense and Silixa have got mature products [9], [10] and various applications continue to advance [11], [12]. However, its high sensitivity brings high false alarm rate in unpredictable dynamic environments, and accuracy of detection and recognition has become the biggest technical bottleneck restricting its scale application and further promotion.
