I. Introduction
The nervous system is derived to a complex peripheral network of nerves and internal fiber tissues that stimulates nerve impulses throughout a body. A nervous system comprises of the peripheral branch of spinal cord and a central nervous system. The brain is the essence of the entire nervous system that monitors all operations of the body, interprets the external world data and exemplifies the essence of mind and soul. The coordinated support is Intelligence, creativity, emotion and memory are few brain controlled things. The brain stem is like a hub that connects the brain with the backbone. There are thousands of cells in the brain which are made, broken and formed in order to preserve their normal functioning in the human brain. If a natural new cell grows, and old cells will die, a new neuron cell will emerge. When the body doesn't need them, sometimes new cells are created. In addition, cells old or damaged do not die as they ought to. get extra cells that build up a tissue bulge called a tumor are created by the body. The brain tumor may be primary, starting in the brain, or secondary tumor spreading from another location to the brain. The brain tumor may be malignant or cancer-free as well. Benign or malignant may be primary brain tumors. The brain tumors are less damaging and originate in or around brain cells, and do not include cancer cells. Benign cell tumor causing no cancer. Malignant tumors may include cells of malignancy. It is cancer-related. It's more deadly this form of tumor. If left unchecked, the tumors may develop and destroy normal brain tissues, resulting to death. They grow fast and quickly get congested in the brain and invade the brain tissue that surrounds them. At any age, anyone may have a tumor. When the tumor is delayed, aberrant cells begin to multiply very rapidly and feed the brain cell. In an initial stage, the life-threatening brain tumor must be identified to save the valuable lives of people. This life-threatening tumor should depend on the cell type and location of the tumor, while it is distinguished by its aggressiveness. Different technologies such as MRI, computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET) etc., have been applied for the identification of neoplasms, which is utilized to scan the brain. The Mri image is apparently preferable to CT scans since no hazardous radiation is produced. Currently, For brain tumor detection (MRI) is the latest advanced method used to obtain high-quality photographs of the inner structure of brain tissues that can be collected safely and without hurting the human body. This equipment uses magnetic and radio waves to show more dramatically brain disorders and does not require patient physical motion. Since the image of the Mri gives the skull a large picture of the whole brain area. The diagnosis of a Mri image tumor does not only indicate the region affected but also the shape and size of the tumor and its location. In the recent year, the doctor and radiologist made the diagnosis of neoplasms using MRI pictures manually. This calls for human involvement in the detection of brain tumors by observing manually MRI pictures. Due to the incredibly complex image processing in Mri, the doctor constantly examines the abnormalities present in the brain picture and detects them. The processing of images to detect the tumor by means of readings and tagging for future investigation is essential to find abnormalities. Although the small mistake in detecting and categorising the anomalous mass known as tumors may lead to mortality in the treatment of brain tumors. The diagnosis of Neoplasm termed the Mri image tumour requires high-precision analysis and contrasting to increase visibility and clarify tumour borders. The requirement for initial diagnosis, categorization and analysis of brain tumors is particularly important for the tumor to be properly treated since the patient needs early treatment. For this reason, Scanned Mri image are transferred to segment the infected region from the remainder of the picture via the various software based algorithms. Many algorithms and methods are proposed for discovery, but due to the reasons of the accuracy levels doctors are not anticipated to apply these methods under the medical background. Because of the complex structure of tumor shape, a metaheuristic search method can be used to locate and segment the abnormal bulk called the tumor from MR images. The proposed nature inspired Fish School search optimization give the best feature selection from search space. Bastos et al. [1] have suggested Fish School Search (FSS), initially a unimodal technique of optimization. It is inspired by fish schools' collective behaviour. The feeding and coordinated swimming movement methods were utilized to develop the optimized collective search mechanism. The idea is to make the fish to gain weight that is treated as a measure of success, swim towards the direction of the positive gradient. The heavier the fish collectively the more influential they are in the whole search. The fish with best fitness function can be give the best result. The rest of the paper is organized as follows. Section 2 presents the related studies on Abnormal mass called cancer detection using enhanced techniques. Section 3 presents the proposed Fish School Search Optimization model with Svm classification. A detailed evaluation of the proposed algorithm technique used in the detection of Brain Tumor in Section 4. Concluding remarks and suggestions for further research are provided in Section 5.
