I. Introduction
Flight altitude is an important tactical and technical index of sea-skimming vehicle. A sufficiently low terminal flight altitude can be greatly improved the concealment ability of sea-skimming vehicle. If the lower the flight altitude is set, the closer the sea-skimming vehicle flights to the sea surface, and the concealment performance of the sea skimming vehicle will be greatly improved [1]. The above phenomena are mainly reflected in: first, the closer the sea- skimming vehicle is to the sea surface, the longer it will fly in the sight distance blind area of the noncooperative detection system. second, sea clutter will reduce the detection distance of the detection system. Therefore, when designing the terminal altitude of sea skimming flight, we hope the sea skimming flight altitude is as low as possible. However, due to the influence of interference factors such as waves and gusts on the sea, sea skimming vehicle are easy to hit the water and crash if the flight altitude is too low. Therefore, the setting of the terminal flight altitude of sea skimming vehicle directly affects its survivability. It is an important research direction for sea skimming vehicle to study the relationship between the terminal flight altitude and the ditching probability [2].
