I. Introduction
The development of technology promotes social progress and raises people's pursuit on quality of life, which will increase consumption of resources and cause damage of environment. In order to achieve the goal of green, environmental protection and sustainable development, distributed energy has been vigorously promoted to substitute for fossil fuel and electric vehicles have been applied as new transportation widely [1]–[3]. Due to uncertainty and randomness, it inevitably causes certain interference on distribution network when large scale of distributed generations(DG) and electric vehicles(EV) access to power grid [4], [5]. In order to enhance economical and social benefits of distribution network, it is important to pay attention on the influence of EV and DG when making planning programming.
