I. Introduction
With the upgradation of global energy consumption and the development of industrial integrated energy systems (IIESs), it is very significant for achieving the optimization and coordination control of energy supply systems to reduce the cost of industrial enterprises and energy emissions [1], [2]. As for promoting the utilization of integrated multiple energy resources as well as enhancing the efficiency of end-use consumption, a combined cool, heat, and power (CCHP) system was introduced in the IIESs with high energy consumption to make full use of surplus gas to produce heat and electricity [3]. These devices with various operational modes (OMs) and multiple time-scales (MTSs) property of energy resources bring a great challenge to its optimal management and planning operations.
