Abstract:

It has been proposed new methodology selecting routes for laying networks, taking into account the urban development’s density, projected communication type and purpose, height restrictions on laying networks, communications rotation angles around a given axis when avoiding obstacles and other restrictions. In contrast to the traditional approach, networks laying routes is considered as a three-dimensional object, in which assumes restrictions not only on the plan, but also on the profile-the height location network objects. In addition, network placement area, with all the constraints and requirements to the networks projected type considered as a three-dimensional space. The urban environments three-dimensionality in which the network is supposed to be built is presented in the form of a three-dimensional computational grid PN. The mapping problem of the secondary network structure to a primary network is formulated in the form of a two-level hypernet, which is a NP-hard. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use three-dimensional transformations models and the hypernets theory, as well as a modified ray-tracing algorithm that takes into account obstacle avoidance in three-dimensional space.

I. Introduction

In the conditions of saturation free areas in modern city, the utility networks placing problem for various purposes, corresponding to building codes and regulations, as well as the constraint and three-dimensionality of the urban area is the most urgent. The modern city dynamic development creates many social and economic problems: there is a need to build new settlements and the corresponding utility networks for their maintenance, etc.
