I. Introduction
Now that the pace of urbanization gets accelerated, people’s living standards have been improved notably. In various countries, cars have become indispensable tools for daily lives; cities are stuffed with countless cars, bringing huge pressure on urban transportation and severe damages to the environment, such as traffic jams and exhaust pollution [1], [2]. In this case, to solve the problems caused by road congestions such as low transportation efficiency and sharply-increased social costs, dynamic forecast of traffic flow in Urban Road Networks (URNs) has become a hot topic nowadays.
