I. Introduction
With the remarkable development of Internet of Things (IoT) systems, IoT devices, such as mobile phones, cameras, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) devices, have been widely deployed in our daily life [1], [2]. On the one hand, IoT devices with powerful computing and communication capacity are generating more and more data. On the other hand, to provide more intelligent services, decentralized IoT devices have the motivation to collaborate via federated learning (FL) so that distributed data can be fully exploited for model training [3], [4].
