Abstract:

Under the development of the new era, continuously improving the level and quality of construction engineering management can promote the sustainable development of construction engineering industry. Construction project management informatization includes information technology, production organization and management quality. Through scientific management, it can not only effectively improve the overall application level of information technology, but also promote the diversified development of the industry. The traditional two-dimensional graphic design is difficult to meet the requirements of construction engineering. Compared with it, the three-dimensional design method is more in line with the requirements of these standards. This paper analyzes the data modeling technology, and applies the information theory to the construction project management.

I. Introduction

In recent years, with the continuous development of the construction industry, the scale of construction projects continues to expand, the complexity of the form of construction projects continues to increase, and the height of construction projects continues to rise. These changes in construction projects make it difficult for the traditional design methods and management modes of construction projects to meet the needs of the development of modern construction industry, and some traditional design methods and management modes are facing severe challenges [1]–[4]. Construction project management informatization is the extension of design and construction informatization in the field of industrial management. In essence, it can provide higher work efficiency for production and management, at the same time, it can also reduce costs, so as to achieve good economic benefits. In the specific application process, the emphasis of construction project management informatization and production informatization are different. In the field of production, computer-aided design is the main feature of informatization, and the tools it can provide mainly focus on the production itself. Construction project management informatization pays more attention to management elements, so the tools it can provide mainly focus on management. Some enterprises adopt information management system to simulate production management elements, thus effectively improving the management level [5]–[8].
