I. Propose the Issues
With the development of science education, the integration of primary science education and information technology has become increasingly closer, and the information technology literacy of primary science teachers has become growingly important. Judging from the promulgation of the "Primary School Science Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education ", the New Curriculum Standards put forward new requirements for the professionalism of primary science teachers, and higher requirements for the information technology application ability of them; research on the improvement of primary science teachers’ information technology literacy is imminent.
