Abstract:

Space electric field sensors are very widely used due to the important value of space electric field information perception in many applications. In this paper, a space electric field measurement system in the DC transmission environment based on edge-cloud collaboration is designed. The measurement system uses differential field-mill sensors to eliminate the adverse effects of space free charge accumulation on the sensor surface. Besides, a wireless communication transmission mode based on edge-cloud collaboration technology is designed to solve the deficiencies of traditional on-site measurement methods, such as inefficiency and non-real-time processing. That is, the edge decentralized processing of electric field data on the spot is performed to reduce network bandwidth requirements. It can enhance the real-time performance of electric field data processing, realize the functions of equipment status perception and data overrun warning. At the same time, the electric field data is processed online and in-depth analyzed through cloud computing to achieve edge-cloud interaction. Finally, the process of software automatic generation of the measurement system is introduced.

I. Introduction

With the rapid development of HVDC transmission technology in China, more than forty HVDC transmission projects have been completed and put into operation. China has become the country with the most direct current transmission projects, the longest transmission lines, and the largest capacity in the world. Spatial electric field information perception is of great value in electric field utilization, and its measurement provides important technical support for transmission engineering design, operation and environmental impact assessment.
