I. Introduction
On account of the high proportion of renewable energy Incorporated into the power grid, the random fluctuation, inter-mittenency and other resource feature of wind power and photovoltaic power generation will greatly affect the continuous production and stable operation of power system [1]. A mass of simulations of power systems can be performed using modeling and simulation methods, The influence of high wind power and photovoltaic access ratio on system operation cost [2], power and energy balance [3] and power capacity of wind and photovoltaic power[4] was studied. The aggregation method is usually used to select representative scene fragments from the historical time series data for simulation calculation. However, only wind power aggregation is considered, but the correlation between the two is not considered, which affects the accuracy and reliability of high-ratio renewable energy power system simulation.
