I. Introduction
With the development of space-based information network, the coverage of wireless network are expected to achieve global [1]. In many scenarios that none ground-based network covered and human activities unreached, devices have the option to access wireless networks via space-based information networks. With the support of global ubiquitous network coverage, the application scope of Internet of Things is expanded greatly. The space-based Internet of things takes the satellite network, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) swarm and other space-based infrastructure as the extension and enhancement of the ground network [2]. It provides a wider coverage and more reliable network access for the application of the Internet of things, and helps to detect the areas which are inaccessible to people.
