I. Introduction
The analysis of a large number of applied electromagnetic problems needs an accurate consideration of geometric and material properties of objects, such as thickness, permittivity, permeability, conductivity, etc. Proper modeling of such objects is difficult due to the need to use various boundary conditions (BC) on different types of material boundaries. Though many numerical approaches have been developed (such as FEM, FDTD, FIT, VIE, etc.), this modeling can be efficiently performed in the framework of surface integral equations (SIE) using the Method of Moments (MoM) [1].
