I. Introduction
Networked control systems (NCSs) are closed-loop systems that exchange data between nodes through communication networks [1]. The networked control systems have obvious advantages compared to point-to-point systems, such as simple wiring, ease of maintenance, convenient information sharing and so on [2]. However, the transmission of data through communication networks is usually not reliable enough. It may bring about limited communication, packet dropouts and time delays, which will cause system instability. Therefore, these factors should be taken into account when studying networked control systems.
