I. Introduction
In 2019, the State Grid Corporation of China takes "ubiquitous power IoT" as its strategic goal, and defines it as an intelligent service system with human-computer interaction and extensive interconnection of power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, power consumption and other links of power system by fully applying big data, cloud computing, IoT, artificial intelligence and mobile communication technologies [1]. In 2020, the notice of key tasks issued by State Grid Corporation of China points out that it is one of the key tasks of the State Grid of China to fully promote the high-quality development of ubiquitous power IoT [2]. A series of actions reflect the State Grid Corporation's emphasis on ubiquitous power IoT construction. The ubiquitous power IoT is essentially a specific form of expression and practical application of the IoT in the power industry. The traditional Internet uses advanced communication technology to connect computers, while the goal of the IoT is to connect all the ordinary objects that can perform independent functions in the world, that is to realize the interconnection of all things. For the power system, interconnection of all electrical related objects or equipment is an important realization of ubiquitous power IoT. The traditional IoT mainly emphasizes the interconnection of information, while the ubiquitous power IoT includes both power interconnection and information interconnection. Various communication technologies and networks have become an important means to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the ubiquitous IoT.
