Introduction
The Internet of Things (IoT), which integrates physical systems and communication networks, can facilitate advanced and intelligent services for human beings [1]. Intelligent IoT, as a new computing paradigm, is envisioned to transform the physical world into the digital world [2]. The increasing development of IoT devices has led to notable innovations in communication technologies. By promoting collaboration among things and human beings, it facilitates plenty of social applications and services. The IoT enables the development of smart services in multiple fields like healthcare, logistics, and traveling. Benefiting from the pervasive IoT devices in diverse applications such as manufacturing and transportation, a variety of data can be collected. However, the computation-intensive and latency-sensitive data may be inefficiently executed by IoT devices due to the restricted computing resources [3].
