Nowadays, the life pressures increase along with the increasing living standards, which are likely to influence the physical conditions of people [1]. Unhealthy habits caused by the stresses may lead to the deterioration of physical conditions and chronic diseases [2]. According to the World Health Organization, the major chronic diseases account for almost 60% of all deaths in 2000, and the number is expected to rise to 73% by 2020 [3].
