1 Introduction
In this era of cooperation, most of problems are being solved by teamwork rather than individual work. Under this circumstance, researchers proposed two sides to evaluate the performance of an individual in team task based on task performance and contextual performance [1]. In task performance, we can evaluate individual based on his achievements. However, contextual performance, which describes contribution of an individual to achieve team task goal, is hard to be assessed quantitatively. In reality, the evaluation of contextual performance are given by specialists, who maybe have their own preference. Therefore, a methodology to evaluate individual performance can provide a more objective and fair solution in these scenarios, such as leaderless group discussion, team building and employee performance evaluation.
