I. Introduction
Around the brain and spinal cord, there are nerve cells, called neurons, and surrounding the neurons are glial cells. Brain tumors can develop from different types of glial cells. Among different glial cells, tumors that grow from the glial cells called astrocytes are called astrocytoma having 4 levels of cancer (Grade 1 to 4). Grade 4 astrocytoma is called Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) which has the jelly type cancerous tissues and they are very likely to spread. In GBM, it is important to detect the entire affected cancerous tissues for further treatments [1].
