The current crisis in the Russian economy is largely due to miscalculations by the managers of all levels in determining an effective development strategy. This primarily concerns the choice of targets; enthusiasm for large-scale, economically ineffective projects; high levels of corruption; lack of real and impartial information. This predetermined increased attention to the problem of training, retraining and advanced training of management personnel. At the same time, it should be noted that the directions, principles, forms and methods of teaching such a specific contingent are completely determined by the existing paradigm of economic development in the country and the region.
