Abstract:

Scientific communication is the processes and mechanisms for the promotion of scientific ideas within the scientific community and beyond, it is the dissemination of scientific knowledge of the surrounding reality through various channels, means, forms and institutions of communication. In the paper perspective directions and forms of scientific communication are considered in the context of increasing the “visibility” of scientific publications following the results of the international conference SYNCHROINFO. The purpose of the study: a description of the ways of exchanging ideas and new information between participants in the scientific process at all stages of the scientific cycle: theoretical research, experimental verification, publication of results, discussion, the struggle of scientific schools and trends.

I. Introduction

The international scientific and technical conference “Systems of Signal Synchronization, Generating and Processing in Telecommunications” (SYNCHROINFO) is annually held jointly with Russian scientific and technical society of radio engineering, electronics and communications named after A.S. Popov, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with the support of the publishing house Media Publishers.
