Richard Perdriau (M'01–SM'07) was born in Angers, France, in 1971. He received the Engineering degree in electronics and computer science from Ecole Supérieure d'Electronique de l'Ouest (ESEO), Angers, France, in 1992, the Ph.D. degree in applied sciences from Université Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, in 2004, and the “Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches” (Accreditation degree) from Université de Rennes 1, Rennes, France, in 2012.
From 1992 to 2012, he was an Associate Professor with ESEO, in the fields of microelectronics and embedded systems. In 2013, he was promoted to a Full Professor. His research interests include EMC of integrated circuits, mixed-signal hardware description languages, and integrated circuit design.
Dr. Perdriau served as the Vice-Chair and the Technical Program Co-Chair of EMC Europe 2017.
