Xuan Zeng (M’97) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1991 and 1997, respectively.
She was a Visiting Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, and with the Department of Microelectronics, Technische Universiteit Delft, Delft, The Netherlands, in 2002 and 2003, respectively. She is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Microelectronics, Fudan University, where she was the Director of the State Key Laboratory of ASIC and System from 2008 to 2012. Her current research interests include design for manufacturability, high-speed interconnect analysis and optimization, analog behavioral modeling, circuit simulation, and ASIC design.
Dr. Zeng was a recipient of the Chinese National Science Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists in 2011 and the First-Class of Natural Science Prize of Shanghai in 2012. She is the Changjiang Distinguished Professor with the Ministry of Education Department of China in 2014.
