I. Introduction
Out-of-step regime (OOS) in power system is one of the most severe emergency states. Given mode is related to loss of power stability, which imposes threat of damages of equipment, power shutdowns, undesired development of emergency state with severe consequences for interconnection in general as well as for its parts [1]–[4]. Therefore, development of sufficiently effective methods of detection and set up of necessary conditions for implementation of successful resynchronization (RS) is needed.
