I. Introduction
Some SSCB technologies for DC reported in the literature can be classified in three main types: mechanicals [1], of solid state [4]–[13] and hybrids [2]. Each of them have advantages and disadvantages respect to the others, however, there are some common characteristics that are very important in this devices such as: time of response, electric arc suppression, high efficiency, low cost, among others. With the development of new semiconductors devices [3] with better features, is possible to improve the SSCB technologies in many aspects.
