I. Introduction
Takagi-sugeno (t-s) fuzzy dynamic model is an effective tool to describe complex nonlinear systems, see for example [1]–[6]. It is shown that this model has relatively simple structure and universal function approximation capability. During the last few decades, a great number of works on systematic stability analysis and controller synthesis of T-S fuzzy systems have been reported in literature, see for example [7]–[12].
