I. Introduction
The recent advances in wireless communication systems have deployed a new trend in the electronic market. Varieties of smart phones in the electronic market are highly capable of handling the high data rate multimedia services. The effective processing of multimedia data services by the 3rd Generation (3G) has not fulfilled the Quality of Service (QoS) due to higher latencies during transmission. To improve the QoS with minimal latency in transmission and with an acceptable service cost, new radio access technology called Long Term Evolution (LTE) is introduced by 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP). The LTE has characterized with potential capabilities to provide higher bandwidth, lower latency transmission, and higher throughput with acceptable QoS. The high speed data service support by LTE network has exponentially increased the demand of User Equipments (UE) in the electronic market. Moreover, the support of UE on Multi Player interactive gaming applications, High Definition (HD) video streaming, Online video Conferencing, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) applications attract more users to utilize LTE network frequently.
