I. Introduction

The problem of motion of a heavy finned axisymmetric body in a resisting medium is studied. Construction of the body allows an autorotation about the axis of symmetry. An autorotation regime is stable for a certain interval of values of pitch angle of blades. These intervals are compared for bodies with different aerodynamic properties of blades taking into account displacement of a center of mass. Conditions of stability of stationary motion of mechanical systems described by complex differential equations of the third order [1] are used for this purpose. Character types of descent of the body are shown taking into account displacement of a center of mass.
