I. Introduction
There is a lot of advancement in the wireless communication technology in the recent past. Starting from the first generation analog devices, which were replaced by digital ones, and thereafter many other services and features are added in newer generations of the wireless communication technologies. Each new technology is aimed to enhance the coverage and bandwidth to the subscribers. There are many standards proposed in the literature some of them are either already deployed or are in the phases of deployment. Long Term Evolution (LTE) is a standard developed by 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for cellular networks and is termed as 4th Generation (4G) technology.
