I. Introduction
In those days where internet access to information and computer technology are rare, one who needed information needs to travel to specific locations to consult books which are mainly found in the libraries in order to obtain the information that may or may not be up-to-date. Alternatively, one could also obtain the knowledge from a teacher or an expert. Teaching was mainly just about passing down information to students. This teaching mindset is now obsolete in this 21 st Century. The most up-to-date information is no longer difficult to attain and restricted. Most people including students, able to obtain immediate access to the Internet everyday— the largest and most dynamic library of information. Therefore, the focus of Knowledge Construction shifted from knowledge attainment to skill development. Knowledge Construction is about utilizing information in consecutive ways to adequately prepare the students for the challenges of the 21 st century [11].
