I. Introduction

Contract in service commerce is crucial. As opposed to goods, a service usually cannot be delivered instantly. It takes time to deliver, and requires an agreement from both buyer and seller. Seller will start their job if they assure buyer will complete their payment. This purchase agreement, together with other agreement in a transaction, must be made in signed contract. Signed contract provide assurance that party whom signed the contract has read the content and will fulfill things stated in contract. Contract signing often is time consuming and costly process, especially if buyer and seller are far from each other.
