I. Introduction
Most of the traditional substation fault diagnosis is meant to the primary components based on the information from protection relays, circuit breakers and recordersll”. ² When ¹ there isn't enough information, the diagnosis result has a low fault tolerance, accuracy and depth. In intelligent substation, the primary system uses the intelligent electronic devices (IEDs), and the secondary system is networked. Compared with the traditional substation, the intelligent substation has a high controllability and observability, which provides an essential condition for intelligent substation fault diagnosis. According to the characteristics of IEC61850 and the intelligent substation, [3] made a research about the approach to online diagnosis and analysis by using alarm information. According to the characteristics of accident management and the hierarchy of fault information, [4] designed a multi-agent-based intelligent substation fault diagnosis system, which lay a foundation for the research on the intelligent substation fault diagnosis.
