Abstract:

The article describes the task of green control of the energy-intensive object on the example of the rotary cement kiln. It represents the control system model on basis of firing process statistical data, obtained by conventional sensors and vision system. To determine the "input-output" correlation three methods are applied: the classical regression model, group method of data handling and neuro-fuzzy network. During testing group method of data handling has provided the best results in terms of the standard deviation of found control signals from their true values. The article shows method application prospects for development of rotary kiln advising control system.

I. Introduction

Reducing emissions of harmful substances into the environment and reducing energy consumption are some of the most important aspects of the design and modernization of energy-intensive industrial objects. In this paper we consider rotary kiln which is widely used in the building materials industry, metallurgy, waste incineration, papermaking, etc.
