I. Introduction
The development of the electric power industry has been increasingly important with the growing applications and requirements of electricity [1]. The design and operation of power systems requires careful analysis and measurements to evaluate the overall system performance [2]. Conductive electrodes or metal connections are widely used in conventional electric field sensors, but their metallic contents are very likely to perturb the undertest field. Optical current sensors [3], [4] have received significant attention around the world as the next generation high voltage environment current measurement device, which are widely used both in electromagnetic compatibility measurements and the power industry.
