I. Introduction
NON-LINE OF SIGHT (NLOS) optical wireless scattering communication [1], [2] serves as a solution to broader optical communication scenarios, where the transmitter (Tx) and the receiver (Rx) are not perfectly aligned, or not in direct view with some object obstructing the path. It shows significant potential in atmospheric optical communication technology with the advantages in strong immunity to electromagnetic interference and flexible operation, and can be considered as an effective supplement of conventional communication.
