I. Introduction
Over the last few years, the stability, control and state estimation for time-delay systems have been the subject of intensive research. The emphasis has been mainly put on linear systems (see for instance [1], [2] and references therein) for which a number of interesting results have been established. On the other hand, only few results have been established for nonlinear systems ( [3]– [5]). Moreover, the issue of output delay has not been considered in most of the available contributions. Indeed, though the output delay problem has been comprehensively addressed [6], it remains an open problem for nonlinear systems.
