Abstract:
We have developed a high-resolution front-end chemical sensing system with time adaptation. This circuit uses analog subthreshold floating-gate technology to produce normalized percent change outputs over a wide range of sensor resistances. We fabricated these circuits in a standard CMOS 2 /spl mu/m process. We present the analytical and experimental results of this system.
