I. Introduction
SMART grid uses new technologies, such as intelligent and autonomous controllers, advanced software for data management, and two-way communications between power utilities and consumers, to create an automated and distributed advanced energy delivery network [1]. In the next generation power systems, these intelligent technologies are incorporated across the entire system, from power generation, transmission and distribution, to electricity consumption at the customers' premises, with the aim of improving the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the system [2].
