I. Introduction
Technological advancements in the field of power systems provide the opportunity to explore new and interesting problems. The advent of Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) allows for synchronized time-tagged Wide Area Measurements (WAMs) that provide a real-time snapshot of the power system. This information can be utilized for many applications [1]–[4]. In this paper, we primarily focus on those related to the control and small signal stability analysis of power systems.
